ALHAMBRA 1st Avenue - a project on the Mamsha Hurghada pedestrian zone

The Al Hambra 1st Avenue residential project is located on the El Mamsha promenade.


Here you will find many cafes, restaurants with international cuisine, hotels, shops and night clubs. The distance from the international airport is only 5 minutes.


Right on the premises of this residential project you will find two restaurants and a cafe and a Carrefour hypermarket with a wide range of goods. In the near future, other shops and services, such as hairdressing, massages, cosmetics and others, will be opened in the area.

Mamsha stretches along the coast for several kilometers.

It starts behind the Sheraton street and ends in the Intercontinental area.

The basic price (without the 10% discount) can be paid for 1 to 3 years interest-free.


If you are interested in installments, a minimum deposit of 20% is required.
